 History of UPM development
2002, UPM was established in Dalian China to manufacture heat shrink materials.
2003, UPM began selling products for shipyard and high voltage switchgear cabinet industry. UPM got DNV and CCS type approval certificate.
2005, UPM become an approved global supplier to Siemens for high voltage switchgear
2006, UPM begin selling products to the automotive industry, UPM was certified by ISO9001:2008, ISO16949:2009 Quality management system and ISO 14001:2004 Environmental management system.
2007, UPM began producing heat shrink connectors
2008, UPM expanded the product line to include power cable accessories.
2009, UPM began producing products for the telecommunication industry
2010, UPM expanded the production capability to include a variety of molded parts,UPM invested 1 set 3MeV Dynamitron (3MeV E-beam) equipment
2011，UPM developed tripe-layer co-extrusion products.
2012，UPM promoted and improved more automated machineries.
2013，UPM received UL 486D certification for S3h and S3nh
2015, UPM received UL 224 certification for S1-1, IDS-135 and S3t
2016, UPM heat shrink tube supplied to China Mobile
2017, UPM was approved by GJB 9001C standard.
2018, UPM began to supply heat shrink tube to military industry.
